Our approach is based in the belief that movement truly is medicine. All of our classes are designed to be accessible to and appropriate for EVERY body. Whether you’re a life-long athlete, looking for something brand new, or returning to movement after an injury, our program can accommodate you. Our class sizes are kept intentionally small, so that our clients can receive individualized attention, while still getting the energy and camaraderie of a group fitness setting.

Barre

Barre combines elements of Pilates, strength training, dance, and yoga into a gentle hybrid workout, suitable for all fitness levels. No dance experience necessary!

Strength and Yoga

This class combines 40 minutes of functional strength circuit training, designed to build muscle and increase cardiovascular fitness. The last 20 minutes will include targeted stretching, gentle yoga, and relaxation.

Yoga

A class suitable for all levels, our yoga classes provide a combination of breath work, asana (the body positions/stretches) and relaxation/meditation. Standing, seated, and reclining poses will all be offered.
